Yes. The Ship is free to use, with no subscription or credit card required. Create an account and connect your inbox to get started.
Where can I get the mobile app?+
The Ship is available on iPhone through TestFlight beta and on Android through Google Play beta. Join our Discord for support and beta access.
What does The Ship bring together?+
Your order overview, delivery tracking and calendar, release recaps, and linked crew checkouts—so you can move between the big picture and individual orders.
Can I see orders before they ship?+
Yes. Ordered entries have their own filter. The default In transit view focuses on shipped, out-for-delivery, and delayed packages.
What if there isn’t a delivery estimate?+
Orders without a delivery date remain under Awaiting delivery date in the calendar. The Ship shows the available information rather than inventing an arrival date.
What appears in a crew’s checkout view?+
Checkouts linked to member profiles. Crew orders remain Confirmed through shipping and delivery; cancellations change that label. Detailed shipment updates stay in personal dashboards.
Is this preview connected to my account?+
No. The interactive examples use sample data. The controls only change the preview, and no account data is read or saved.
